Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Aftersole, we are committed to providing a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. While we take utmost care in delivering quality products, we understand that there may be rare occasions where returns, replacements, or refunds may be required. This policy outlines the terms under which such requests can be made.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
- Wrong product delivered
- Shipping damage (physical damage or tampered product)
- Incomplete order or missing products
- Defective product received
Note: All such issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours.
2. Conditions for Return & Replacement
- Product must be unused and in original condition with packaging and tags
- Photos or videos showing the issue must be emailed to our support team
- Provide a clear video of the unboxing process. This video will be used to verify the claim. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your return request.
- Return pickup will be arranged once approved by our team

3. Refund Policy
- Full refund provided for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect products
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 3–7 business days
- The product is confirmed to be damaged or defective through the unboxing video.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- Once pickup is complete, email your Bank/UPI details to: care@aftersole.com
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card issuer or bank — processing may take time
- If still unresolved, contact us at: care@aftersole.com
6. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item as per the above policy and place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is received and approved. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
8. Important Notice
⚠️ We never ask for your Credit/Debit card numbers or OTPs for refunds. Please do not share such information with anyone claiming to be from Aftersole.
